What Gayle says about why she is participating in this retreat:

I am passionate about helping to create healthy and compassionate work environments, and helping individuals connect with work that is fulfilling and that allows them to thrive. Many workplaces are not yet providing optimal conditions and opportunities for success – with employee disengagement and even poor health resulting.  This retreat that has the power to help us move from our heads to our hearts…. where many of the answers lie, and to find those answers together.  Personally, it affords me an opportunity to learn from my fellow presenters, who share a vision of an awakening and wiser community of work.  I am truly honored to share my experience with an audience who shares these concerns, and wants to “be the change” that is so greatly needed in society today.
